Accum 2001 is an intelligent, planet friendly adding machine with the functions you expect
from a mechanical adding machine plus capabilities associated with a Windows
environment. Features include, but are not limited to continuous tape, calculator and 10
key modes, running subtotal, 100 memories (99 of which you name), changing tape
entries, one key sales tax, non-volatile memory, saving tape to disk, copying tape entry or
entire tape to clipboard, tape captions, auto decimal, collapse mode, stopwatch, timed
events for testing proficiency. The timed event is particularly useful in an educational or
training environment where 10-key skills are being taught.
Our Review: Accum is an effective computer-based adding machine. It looks similar to the default Windows calculator with added features such as the ability to store up to 100 memory entries, and the ability to store adding entries under "tapes" which you can name. It also allows you to set decimal places for rounding and view subtotals. Great for accountants or anyone wanting a digital adding machine.
