The Abilities Builder Spell Plus program allows you to easily program your computer with an unlimited number of spelling word and spelling sentence lists that you create. This program has unlimited potential for use with children and adults of all ages and ability levels. Words and can be copied from graded spelling word lists or they can be words from any subject area. Sentences can be facts, concepts or they can be individual sentences that form a complete paragraph on a given topic. Our Review: Initially, even I was confused as to the workings of this program, which raises questions as to exactly how effective Peedy the parrot is in his helpful titters (More extensive documentation and better web support would be nice, too). Despite its initial confusion however, this application proves to be a powerful and a useful tool for teachers, parents and children. Create word and sentence lists according to age group/ability. Test childrens' abilities by your own defined standards. Well worth getting to grips with.
