The purpose of Biomolecular Explorer is to give scientists, students and anybody else (who might be interested) an interactive access to the molecular world of Bioproteins. Biomolecular Exploration lets you explore various molecules that are saved as PDB (Protein Data Bank) files in an interactive realtime 3D environment. You can 'fly' through molecules and scan/view different interactions that take place at the intramolecular level. Our Review: BioMolecular Exploration puts you in control of a submarine to let you explore the intricacies of protein matrices. The 3D environment is amazing and very customizeable - you remove atomic bonds, protein backbones, alpha helixes etc. This program is primarily an educational tool for students but would also be of great general interest to anybody. Extremely well made and surprisingly easy to use - the BioMolecular world has never looked so good!
