FNGraph draws the graphs of mathematical functions. The MDI interface and the support of several graphs in a window greatly simplify the process of studying the functions properties. It also has a lot of features for view customization: drawing interval and precision, color, style. The final result can be copied to the clipboard or printed directly from the application.
Our Review: FNGraph is a very simplistic graphical tool. Described simply, you can plot graphs on the screen and compare them. However, there are around 30 functions that you can use when plotting your graphs which allow for a fair levle of complexity. You can have multiple windows open, or you can plost several graphs in the single window. Once you have your graphs drawn you can evaluate the function at a user-specified value, or trace around the graph gradually with a pointer. While the program is small, it would also benefit from a help file. FNGraph is a great, small and simple graphing program, and would be great for highschool students, although if you are studying at college level you might want something a little more powerful than just this.
