ED50plus is a tool for pharmacological analysis. This is a worksheet for MS Excel which allows you to create and analyze dose-response curves. Some of its features are: - Construction of up to 10 curves with up to 30 points each. - Manipulation of X and Y axis (including probit-transformation) - Visualization of each curve. - Calculation of up to 3 intercepts on each curve, thus allowing you to obtain common parameters as ED50, IC50, LD50, PD20, etc. - Averaging of the results, Our Review: ED50plus is a worksheet for MS Excel that allows you to analyze the dose-response rate of people. It does not have very wide applications outside of the pharmological areas but, within those aresas, it is fairly flexible, and easy to use - just enter the data and your analysis appears. Graphs and tables are used to present the analysis to you.
