Animated Words
A spelling program for children from pre-school through first grade. The child is helped to match the word with it's picture. When the word is correctly matched, pieces are added to a puzzle; after five correct words the puzzle becomes animated. Guessing what the puzzle will be and do is half the fun. Our Review: Very easy to use product which presents the user with a word (typically about five letters long), says the word, and then asks the user to select the matching picture. The interface has been designed for children with big buttons and fun colours, and the games are simple yet involving - perfect for those short attention spans. A particularly nice feature to see was the audio help files, so now the child can help themselves.
