3D Memory
3D Memory is a classical memory/concentration game with a goal to find as much as possible image pairs from a set of randomly positioned images. But, 3D Memory has images dispersed in 3D space (over 6 cube surfaces) instead of usual 2D distribution. In the game you flip over two cards and try to find a match. To win you need to match more pairs than your opponents. The challenge is to remember the location of the cards after the rotation of the layout. At the screen are always displayed three sides of the cube, any of the other sides can be shown by proper rotation. Each vertex of the cube is numbered and each side of the cube is coloured by different colour (red, green, blue, yellow, cyan and violet) for easier recall of desired field. Black fields are solved fields and white fields are currently open fields.This game can be played by up to two players (in unregistered version) or up to four players (in registered version). A player can be human being or computer. Our Review: A little bizarre but will really test your memory skills - 3D Memory is a pair-matching game where you view a 3D cube that is segmented into 12 parts. Rotating the cube allows you to make your choice of two segments and hope that the hidden pictures match up. You can play with up to 3 computer players of varying skill and the registered version allows up to 54 segments. A good concept but I found it difficult to manipulate the cube using the rotational buttons - I would have preferred that one could click-and-drag the cube to rotate it. Otherwise, a nice challenge.
