Battleship Solitaire for Windows 95 brings to the computer a traditional type of puzzle for your solving enjoyment. The game is a cross between the traditional game Battleship,the puzzle game of Picture Logic (or Paint By Number) and Minesweeper. The object is find the hidden ships in the grid using the numbers around the grid as clues to their location. Our Review:An average looking game that plays like minesweeper with a battleship feel to it. You have to hunt for destroyers, cruisers, etc by clicking on spaces in the grid, and then destroy them. Battleship Solitaire takes a while to get used to, but if you're into minesweeper-style games, give it a go. |
