WinAlice
WinAlice is a program that simulates a natural conversation. You can chat with her like you would do with someone on ICQ. WinAlice is pretty good at that: She's based on 'Alice', winner of the Loebner Contest 2000. WinAlice contains various improvements over the original, like 'mood simulation', some spontaneous remarks (you'll see) and a larger set of responses for the most common sentences. Our Review: WinAlice is a very interesting person...ahemm...program. Quite simply, it acts as if your PC (Alice) is alive and chats to you to get your attention. You can have the usual asl type conversion with Alice (plus a bit more) as you would on ICQ or IRC. There are also other commands but nothing very special. If you love your PC very much and wish it was alive or if you are simply looking to get a bit of humour then WinAlice might be for you!
