Calculates the optimal palette for the frames. Reduce the color depth of the palette or converts to gray scale. You can shift a frame respect the others. Allows the definition of a transparent color for a frame. The animation can be optimized in size calculating automatically the part of the frame that changes respect the previous. The resulting animation file can be saved in mode interlaced or non-interlaced. Make your own banners for your internet pages. Our Review: Neat. Animated GIF Editor 95 is an easy to use animated GIF creation program. With all of the basic drawing tools you'll be creating animations in minutes. It's not particularily suited for advanced users with a lack of advanced tools but for beginners its great. A drawback is the lack of an 'All frames' view which would let you see all of the frames at one time, which makes it quite difficult to make your animations flow. Otherwise Animated GIF Editor 95 is a nicely done program, if a little lacking in features.
