A portable software system (3D Open System 3.00) is designed for the creation of the high effective 3D dynamic application (unlimited 3D World including internet) for example: 3D virtual art galleries, museums, exhibitions, 3D games, AI, presentations etc. for various operating platforms: DOS, WIN95, UNIX ... in the local&global nets (internet). In real time, 3D world involves 3D interiors&exteriors, static&mobile objects, true colour pictures&photos, 3D colour dynamic lights, various effects, videos, sounds, ttf fonts, the support of the html documents and etc. (see specification) in the real time. Applications of 3DOS provide the modularity system, control processes in 3d scenes, create an interface with the user. Thereby, programmer doesn't need thinking about global problems.
