A High- and True-Color image editor Our Review: This program is a bit of a disappointment. All the help files are on a webpage; although this is only a beta version, perhaps they could have been included in a readme file. The program is difficult to use and does not look or feel like a quality program at all. The toolbar is in a separate window and is extremly bulky and badly set out. No better than a regular paint program.
