English and Japanese Windows environment compatible. -The speed-up of the list image creating. -The speed-up of the memory access. Our Review: A very well featured graphic editing program. It looks a tad amateurish but don't let that put you off. PictureMore has a lot of the features that most Shareware editing program lack - it does animations and is designed for web-page editing. It also comes with some neat pointers. A very good program, slightly let down by the bad england in the help files, high strength of some of the filters, and a few inconsistancies in a few dialogs.
