SmartCapture supports all major file formats, image manipulations (e.g. resize, flip, rotate, etc.) and much more! Our Review: Simple program that runs on your system tray. In a right click you can capture anything you want - either a whole screen or part of it. It features some graphic editing tools which are admittedly very basic but very easy to use and very quick.
