ArtIcons allows you to find and extract icons, create and edit icons, import and export icons and manage icon libraries. You can edit icons with image formats in standard and custom sizes, with color depths up to 16 million colors. ArtIcons contains different paint tools, including enhanced gradient. You can import icons from image, cursor and library files and from executables. ArtIcons lets you scan files and folders and delete identical ones. Our Review: ArtIcons is every bit as comprehensive as a graphic editor, but for icons. Icons of any dimension and resolution can easily be created and edited using the wide range of paint and erase tools. There's even a spraycan and 3D polygon tools - as well as a more-than-decent color picker. ArtIcons allows you to export your creation to a single icon or into an icon library using the excellent library manager. You can even export icons to graphic formats (bitmap, gif, jpeg) or to a cursor file to create custom and animated cursors. An excellent icon utility.
