VCD Clipper
The VCD Clipper program clips sections of a video cd and stores it on the hard disk. It's very simple to install and use. Our Review: An extremely crude and simple encoding program which takes a section from a videoCD and saves it as an MPEG file on the hard disk. It has the bare minimum of features and as such it is very easy to use.
