IconEdit2 is truecolor icons editing / screen snapshot utility for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000. Supports ICO,EXE,DLL,BMP and JPEG for open/extract/convert to icons. Can save your work to TrueColor or 16-color 32x32 or 16x16 ICO, as well as BMP or JPEG files. Allows painting, search icons and capture any 32x32 or 16x16 screen area. Our Review: IconEdit2 is a great little icon editing program. Simple to use, and the tools (such as spray paint) work just like the bigger graphics applications do. It even includes a screen capture utility, and can search out icons on your hard drive. Unfortunately when it loads an icon, if the background color is present in the icon, IconEdit2 assumes that it is invisible, which is not always the case. Otherwise, this is one of the better icon editing programs. Grab it!
