VCDCutter is a MPEG,VCD and Movie Player. This version can play MPG,VCD,or other movie files(such as MPG,DAT,AVI,MOV). Very friendly and menu driven with full featured control with movie file. VCDCutter can extract MPG,frame from VCD or MPG file, cutting your favourite part or whole MPG file to disk when playing(now can extract system stream,or video,audio stream only). Our Review: VCDCutter offers an impressive suite of video-editing tools for playing, cutting, extracting and converting video files. The player is a very good one with a useful drag & drop system for loading clips and the various audio and video conversion features are superb. The frame extraction process was difficult and there are quite a few bugs in some of the pop-up dialogs but thankfully none were critical, making this a very worthy program.
