The Complete Animator has a set of painting tools built in, for you to draw the frames of your animation with. You've all seen sets of painting tools before, but, I have to say, this is quite a good set of painting tools, so much so that I often use Animator for graphics work even if it won't be animated. To make your animation as smooth as professional animators do, you'll need to use the techniques they use -- so Animator includes on-screen equivalents of the tools of their trade.
Our Review: This is a nifty animation package for sure. It is well laid out, in a similar manner to MS Paint, with the icons on the left and the worksheet on the right which makes The Complete Animator really easy to use and eventually, master. The user can add in sounds, images and animations from the limited selection supplied, or can add in their own with a few simple commands. Once images are pasted into the interface, the frames are very easy to navigate and the superb "what's this?" help ensures that even the most inexperienced animator will find this program a breeze. Very nice.
