Animated Screen lets you create Windows screen savers, stand-alone presentations and animated .GIF files that you can give to your friends and customers or publish at your Web site. You can also use Animated Screen to start your own screen saver business, selling custom shareware screen savers, with your company listed as the author. There are no distribution fees and, as an Animated Screen owner, you can distribute the animations that you create in unlimited quantities, royalty-free. Animated Screen lets you combine an unlimited number of words, sounds (in .WAV, .RMI and .MID formats,) and pictures (in .BMP, .GIF or .JPG formats.) When working with words, Animated Screen lets you determine the font, text color, and background color; you can also add special effects like shadows and extrusion. When working with sounds, you can use pre-recorded WAV or MIDI sound files, or you can use your PC and microphone to record your own soundtracks. Our Review: An excellent program for creating multimedia animations. Animated screen is software for creating animations based on standard pictures (.jpg, .gif, .bmp,...), a custom text editor with 3D support and audio files in all formats, including MP3. Even animations created by other programs can be imported. The program also contains templates and options for making different effects. Generated animations can be converted into screen savers, windows animation format (.avi), .exe greetings or pictures. With so rich a set of options, Animated screen somehow manages to remain uncomplicated and brings the standards of a profesional animation tool to all users. It is definitely one of the best program in this category on the market.
