Ai Picture Explorer (AiPICX for short) is an integrated Viewer, Explorer and Slideshow/Image Album. For speed, Viewer is activated to view an image; otherwise, the Explorer is presented. Close either form (via eXit button on upper right) or minimize the Explorer separately (see AutoMinimize). You can run multiple instances with Viewer at full screen. Our Review: Ai Picture Explorer is a comprehensive image viewer. This software is pretty good all round, although the thumbnail viewer tends to be a little iffy sometimes. Like many viewers, it has extra functions such as format conversion, TWAIN support, AVL slideshows, several filters, trim, fix 'red eye', smooth resize, rotate by degree, unsharp mask, etc. The extra bonus is that it is unlimited unrestricted shareware, making it a worthwhile download if you're after a viewer to use indefinitely (although registering helps - you get the free updates which have been pretty frequent).
