CamSnap is like a similar $99 hardware device, but more versatile. It lets owners of CamCorders store, enhance and retrieve photos just like a digital camera. With its editing and enhancement techniques CamSnap can produce brilliant photos. When your photo is ready, you can Snap it to the Clipboard, or save it in different formats. You can save and retrieve a JPEG series for a photo session, and more. Our Review: This program works in conjunction with a video camera or a web cam to capture photo stills, which can then be saved in JPG format. There is the option of capturing a series of photos for still motion. Many settings can be tweaked on the fly - contrast, brightness, colour, order of images. Very easy. Worth a look for the quoted price.
