Our Review: ImageForge is a cool freeware graphics editing program which allows the users to choose from a variety of effects and alterations for images, exports and resamplers. Some interface details such as previews are buggy in their responses to the mouse, and sometimes give pigment combinations to filters but, overall, this would make a very good component of an imaging package.
