IconForge allows you to create new or edit existing icons, cursors and other small images for use with your Windows desktop. Our Review:Fully equiped cursor, icon, and icon library editor. Full of features, including swirl, tint and other filters you usually only find in a graphics program. You can open normal graphics files and make icons out of them. Also has the ability to refresh windows' icons for you, and can make EXE files so you can distribute and view your icons on other computers. Very cool. |
