Our Review: Animation Shop 3's ability to open many graphics formats, save to common animation formats, coupled with drag and drop frames, insert image and text effects that add respective frames, animation optimisation, and so much more makes it one of the best animation editors in existence. Coupled with imaging editing facilities like those of Paint Shop Pro, this would be an even more excellent program to have.
