Our Review: Self-Help Subliminals is an interesting program that attempts to motivate you/change your life by flashing subliminal messages on the screen at different intervals. You simply enter in what messages you want to display along with any images, then set the intervals at which you want them to be displayed to you. There are also pre-entered messages under a number of categories such as motivation, slimming, etc. Whether or not this all works or not is questionable, but it is well worth a go for those fo you who beleive in the power of subliminal messages.
