LottoWhiz is a unique and very powerful lottery software. Our Review: Whether or not this program actually works at lowering the odds of winning at Lotto is possibly untestable, so here's a run down of what it has the potential to do. First off you enter in your Lotto details (i.e. is the draw weekly, how many balls are there, is there a bonus number, etc). Then you enter in past results and then the program attempts to give you numbers based on the probability of certain numbers appearing. Worth a try if you are lotto inclined, although my Grandfather always says thay your best odd is to buy 1 ticket ever and then call it a day.
