Log-a-Jog is an advanced Runner’s Diary System that let you log your run and then analyze your progress later. It tracks just about everything you could ever think of associated with a run, whether you are a beginner or a competitive racer. It lets you track the obvious, like distance versus time (which can be broken down into 5 laps or multiple runs per day), and calculates your pace. It also calculates the number of calories burned based on your pace, weight and duration. Log-a-Jog also lets you record milestones (such as your favorite turn-around point), time of day, date (which automatically records the day of week), the course you ran, temperature, pulse rate, how you felt and lots of comments.
