CATraxx is a powerful database program designed to help you catalog and manage your music collection. CATraxx will let you catalog all media types, including CDs, LPs, cassettes, mini discs, and MP3s. CATraxx supports CDDB - the worlds largest music database. Simply insert a CD into the CD-ROM drive, and CATraxx will download the CD data (artist, title, label, release year, song titles, etc.) from the Internet. Designed for the Windows environment, CATraxx is comprehensive, intuitive, and easy to use Our Review: CATraxx is a superb program for creating and managing a database of your beloved music collection (a real one, not just mp3s). As well as simply adding CDs and their track-listings you can add a staggering array of other information such as awards and cover art. Once you've finished inputting data (CDDB is on call of course) you can search, export and even look at your stats! New features include MP3 support and lots of new fields offering links to internet sites etc. If you have a serious music collection and need a serious program to sort it all out then CATraxx 2000 is for you. Bonus marks for a superb selection of music featured in the demo database that comes with CATraxx. Highly recommended.
