Our Review: IFA Fitness is a good guide for anyone wanting to get in (or stay in) shape. Basically, it is a dictionary of fitness, covering everything from KickBoxing to Aerobics. Each of these techniques involves what requirement and precautions are needed to undertake the exercises, as well as warm ups and the actual excercises themselves. Also included are nutritional facts, pregnancy advice and injury rehabilitation.
