Our Review: Fitness ABCs by IFA is a very comprehensive manual on fitness and training. It's designed for people wanting to sit an Instructor certification test but of course can be used by anyone interested in training. The manual is really a 'manual' covering every aspect of health and training from nutrition and physiology to training information and techniques. There are even some excellent injury and pregnancy precautions provided. Fitness ABCs also features sample training schedule sheets for planning, as well as some nice charts. An excellent program for anyone getting into physical training.
