Golf League Recorder was designed to provide a handicapping tool for personal performance tracking and for casual groups that will not be playing at a level where an Official handicap service would normally be used. Our Review: It's the only program that I have ever seen that calculates a gold handicap for you, but as I don't play golf, it's all a bit beyond me. The program is quite complicated and difficult to get up and running, but once you're there it is quite functional. The interface is purely functional, but the program works quickly.
