No author documentation. Our Review:A very cool painting program for kids that lets them create cartoon characters by dragging and dropping body parts and incorporating speech bubbles with text. The standout feature of this program is the special effects you can give to your pictures, such as warping, splatting them across the screen, blowing them up, melting them, the list goes on and on. Does not feature any documentation though. |
