Runes, the Ancient Oracle Version 5.0 has a new look, with lots of New features! Cast the Runes in a variety of different spreads. Version 5.0 includes many popular Rune spreads such as, Odins Rune, The Three Rune Spread, Runic Cross, and the Three Life Spread. Our Review: Based on the divination traditions of the ancient Vikings, Runes, the Ancient Oracle provides a good simulation of four mainstay runic spreads. The program is extremely easy to get to grips with and the printing option produces some nice results. There's a rune library for your education and the rune interpretations are well-written and instantly accessible. My favourite feature, however, has to be the spread editor which provides a couple of excellent options - the creation of your own customised spreads and for those of you who feel that casting runes through a computer is missing something essential, the spread editor can be used for the quick and easy interpretation of hand-cast runes. Good stuff.
