Our Review: Whether you find this program useful or not is up to you. It proposes a therapy/motivation technique based on affirmation and repetition of messages. You can program your own messages in or choose from default ones. Then you press begin and all of your suggestive phrases flash in front of you. The idea is that through repetition and affirmation, you will be more motivated to reach your goals. A very nice looking program and is fairly easy to use.
