It starts off with a very easy wizard that gathers all required info such as your name and age, starting and goal weights, plus goal date. It is then your turn to record your weight each day. Other functions include viewing your progress in charts and as a tool...a Body Mass Index Chart shows you your health condition. Of course, this is not entirely correct as muscle also accounts for weight but nonetheless, this program is a good guide for anyone attempting to shed a few pounds.
