NetAllowance gives parents more control over children's access to America Online (AOL). It allows parents to apply the concept of a cash allowance to online time. NetAllowance loads automatically
with AOL and offers support for up to 30 screen names. Time can be set by the day, week, or month. The program tracks the AOL usage of each screen name, and once the allowed time is reached for the specified interval, the program either nags the user or signs them off. You can also restrict access to only cetain periods of the day. Other features include logging support, security implementation, and PC clock synchronization.
Our Review: This program lets parents monitor their childrens' access to AOL. However, for those of you that don't have AOL then you are stuck... besides, there are much better programs out there to monitor and restrict internet access.
