WyvernWorks NetTweak Pro is a good little program that alters a few registry settings to improve internet speed and download speed. Its very easy to use and offers a few presets for immediate use. For advanced users that actually know about Time to live settings and max transmission units then you can adjust them individually, but for most people it's easier just to use the presets. A good program!
