BizGuard
BizGuard is an easy-to-use Internet filtering application, designed for corporations, government agencies, or any organization needing to filter and control Web access or monitor Internet activity. The software is installed on individual workstations where Web page requests are analyzed in real-time. Unlike traditional filtering software, BizGuard does not rely on a large database of URLs. Its patent pending technology analyzes Web pages to determine if the page should be allowed through or blocked. Administrative features allow users to specify additional sites or groups of sites (.mil sites) for either blocking or as allowed access. Our Review: This is a TSR which can restrict access to internet sites. Add sites where users can go and then other sites are locked out. BizGuard is very good if you would like to stop your children/ employees from abusing the internet. NB. Not for use over a LAN.
