As many Shareware sites (unlike Yippee) do not differentiate between Adware and Freeware in their license detail information, you may want to know if your latest "Freeware" download is in fact "Adware" or "Spyware". If so this little search app will be of real practical use to you. Just enter the name of your software and SpyChecker goes through the comprehensive database at www.spychecker.com. Your search, if it finds a Spyware title, retrieves the record and links to Privacy statements from the likes of Radiate/Aureate, Conducent/Timesink, Web3000 and Conducent, along with links to the developers home pages. PS: SpyChecker IS freeware NOT Adware. Honest.
