This allows you to give your opinions or suggest relevant links to other BrowseUp users simply by 'altering' the original webpage to incorporate your new link. This BrowseUp download adds the enhancement to your browser that allows you to view the virtual links created by other BrowseUp users and allows you to upload and create links yourself. Gives a whole new realm of freedom to the information highway.
