Our Review: Webcam Watcher is a pretty good webcam browsing app that allows you to view several webcams at once. It will save the published images for you so you can browse them at a later time. Moreover, it will only save the image if it has changed. This freeware version can store images from 20 different cameras. If you want more, it's gonna cost you US$15.95.
