FavSearch quickly searches through both the shortcut descriptions and URLs in your Internet Explorer Favorites list and returns a list of items containing any word, phrase, or partial word or phrase you specify. You can then simply double-click any item in the list of results to have Internet Explorer navaigate to its corresponding URL. This is especially useful if you have accumulated a large collection of Favorites and finding specific items in it has become tedious and frustrating.
Our Review: FavSearch is a nice wee extension to Internet Explorer that places a small shortcut on your toolbar menu. By clicking the FavSearch smiling icon on the toolbar, you can search the contents of your favourites folder using keywords. This allows you to wade through the masses of favourite links that you may have accumulated. Once matches are found, you simply double-click on any link to load that page in the browser. Neat.
