Our Review: Rapidown is another nicely presented/constructed download manager. Two major, important claims are made in the developer description that would be the most appealing should they be true. I tested this against FlashGet and found that, although Rapidown sped to a great start initially, FlashGet eventually won in the end - considerably. Anyway - the interface is fine, scheduling options are included, priority settings allow for multiple downloads to not interfer with each other, and the claim that Rapidown can recover from crashes is a very handy feature indeed. NB: You may need to tweak the settings to replace instances of "Programa Files" to "Program Files" as this program is portuguese.
