Our Review: A massive download, a massive install, and for what? Some new gimmicky way to be bombarded by all the websites we seek to AVOID on the internet. Once you've installed the client software, and read and re-read the FAQ to see why the client isn't loading - you are presented with a landscape filled with all those familar Yahoo, Ask Jeeves, dull, sugar-coated websites to explore. You can fly or walk but there really isn't any great functional ability to ViOS. Admittedly, the graphics are well-rendered, and kids will think its great - but as for it being the future? It isn't a future I want. If you've got time to meander through the internet aimlessly then ViOS is for you - else I would recommend getting to grips with using a search engine effectively.
