A high performance mail server which can provide Internet and internal mail to every member of your organization. WorkgroupMail connects to one or more ISPs and sends and receives mail on behalf of all users. Local users can use any POP3 client, e.g. Outlook Express, MS Outlook. WorkgroupMail performs server-side POP3 junk mail filtering and can optionally provide rule-based content filtering, e.g. profanity checking. Our Review: This is an EXCELLENT mail server program that will allow you to configure your company email services exactly how everyone wants them. Using WorkgroupMail Mail Server allows you to share one email account amongst many; you simply set up 'virtual' mailboxes and a list of users. This means that you can create a whole host of email addresses for outsiders to email you on (eg: sales@yourcompany, info@yourcompany etc.). WorkgroupMail allows you to specify times when email should to sent/received from outside the office so that you can minimise on bandwidth disruption. A very good service that is very easy to set-up (really!) and covers alot of ground with its many email features.
