It will allow individuals to exchange text messages and files utilizing the highest forms of encryption and authentication mechanisms available today. Our Review: If you find that MSN messenger is too featureless, you dislike the message based system of ICQ and just plain dislike AIM/Yahoo etc. then try Razius Express. It's an instant messenger that is designed with more of a business user in mind. It's designed to be run on mobile phones/palm devices and lots more - meaning you can communicate with anyone, anywhere. The advanced versions have logging, secure encryption and loads more. Very good!
