Monitors unlimited workstations from one server. Remote access, billing, price matrix, banner and advert data, collates daily/weekly usage data and delivers to a specified email address in .csv format for central management analysis. A must get if you are in the business. Full install feature is included with manual and online manual. Our Review: Insight ICAM is a service that allows you to run your own internet cafe. The server and client software included in this package provide a means to bill customers for time spent at a workstation, printer usage, and any additional charges. Support is included to display advertising banners at the bottom of each customers screen - and the software will also cycle through ads when the computer is not in use. Lockout and remote-control options exist for security and logs are kept of time usage/total billing etc. The client computer is locked out from the Windows interface but can be configured to allow access to any programs you desire via ICAMs own GUI interface. ICAM also allows varying levels of charge rates for staff and/or special promotions - facilitating a very flexible billing environment. This software seems to have all the aspects of running a functional internet cafe fairly well covered.
