Our Review: Now this is nice :D Eyeball chat is a new chatting program designed to make internet video chatting as fast as possible. It has a lovely green interface and an ICQ style contact list. It has some nice features that let you choose whether you want a high framerate or high picture quality. I talked to 'im_sorry' and he seemed quite impressed with it. This program does require a minimum 56k connection speed to use though. Good!
