Oliver is an ISAPI Extension DLL for IIS server to accept form-based file upload in HTML. The extension interprets forms with the ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" tag. Our Review: A utility used for creating CGI-Bin applications to redirect browsers and also accept uploaded forms. Handy but very complex with little or no help for inexperienced users.
